FERGUSON DEFENSE FUND RENAE FERGUSON’S LEGAL DEFENSE FUND WE NEED YOUR HELP NOW! We have a greater crisis in California than energy. The greatest crisis is that of the denial of justice and we need your help in exposing one of the most shocking examples of the corruption of our legal system.

The arrogance and abuse of power, by government bureaucrats, and the threat to everyone’s liberty is shown in this case. Ms Renae Ferguson the mother of three young children, pursuing the American dream. While she was raising them by herself, going to college, and supporting herself by starting her own horse back ridding school for children when she became a victim of government corruption and outrageous abuse of power!

Unknown to Ms Ferguson at the time, a sinister plan had been developed. In what appears to be a conspiracy between the Venture District Attorney and the Private Ventura County Humane Society to use the police powers of the people of California in a scheme, to steal people’s animals and money for their own personnel, political, or financial gain.
   CONSPIRACY TO DESTROY RIDING SCHOOL This conspiracy began with an illegal act by the humane society to destroy her business by attempting to have the City of Ventura, cancel, her horse back riding contract for children. When this failed they came on private property, and without any court order and stole two old horses including the thirty-three year-old family pet Lady Legs.

This horse taught Ms Ferguson how to ride as a child. They alleged that because this horse was skinny, it was being abused when they knew old horses naturally become skinny. This horse had been in her family care for more than twenty years, and was skinny because she was a very old horse. The human society had this horse and family pet for only six weeks when they willfully killed her.
   HUMANE SOCIETY STEALS AND KILLS FAMILY PET! They covered up this evil for months and when Ms Ferguson finally learned of the killing of her horse she filed a law suite. To prevent her from exposing their evil in court the district attorney filed a fabricated case of alleged animal abuse. That began a six-year long Persecution of Ms Ferguson. That which will when fully known will shock our nation, as it exposes the Massive Corruption of our legal system in California.

To prevent Ms Ferguson from exposing their criminal acts the district attorney, was later joined by others in a scorched earth policy to destroy her. Bradbury made Renae Ferguson ex husband Lance Ferguson their agent, who is a government informant, a substance abuser, an admitted drug dealer, who had been receiving treatment for serous mental problems, had him become their stalking horse in a non stop effort to destroy Renae her children and her ability to earn a living.

The D.A. helped provided her ex husband Lance with one of Ventura   Countries most expensive, family law attorneys. Who with the knowledge of the judge committed perjury, to start a child custody case. They denied her any legal help, and took her three small children including a baby away from their mother, after a court had previously given her full custody. As a reward for being a government informant they gave them   to the father, who was homeless, unemployed and was not supporting his children.
   THE GOVERNMENT BRINGS FALSE CHARGES TO COVER UP THEIR CRIMES This evil gets even worse. The District Attorney and his coconspirators, working with Lance Ferguson began stalking Ms Ferguson at every place she attempted to start her riding school. They contacted the owners of the property where she had her riding school. This caused them to disrupt her business, having law enforcement and others steal her horses, and property as well as those of her employer. After stealing these horses they then gave them to her competitors and their coconspirators in the private sector as a reward for helping them.

They then began to file fabricated animal abuse charges in various courts .At court they comprised or threatened her lawyers who then willfully refused to obtain witness and evidence in her defense. Her lawyers filed, no defense motions or only ones that left out key defenses and refused to expose the government corruption, even when the prosecuting attorneys were caught committing and suborning perjury in open court.
   GOVERNMENT FALSELY CHARGES FAMILY MEMBERS WHO HELP PROTECT THEIR DAUGHTER! The government withheld evidence that proved her innocence. The Lawyers appointed as Judges willfully obstructed her defense in hearing after hearing, threatening lawyers, from making fundamental defenses refusing to compel law enforcement and other wittiness to come into court after being subpoenaed, lied about facts in the record, made rulings that were in violation of the facts, law and conspired with the prosecution to obstruct justice and fix the out come of these cases.
   FAMILY MORTGAGES HOMES TO PAY LAWYER FEES! To protect Ms Ferguson both her mother and grandmother mortgaged   their homes to pay for expensive lawyers. This after the public defenders office in Ventura and Los Angeles county refused to make meaningful defenses.

They then hired private attorneys paid them Tens of thousands of dollars to protect Ms Ferguson rights. They asked for and received our volunteer help in investigation for this case, supporting their attorneys with, facts, evidence and controlling law. AFF conducted legal research, prepares briefs for their lawyers and for her personally when they abandoned her.

While the government, and their various allies may have for the moment gotten away with their railroading of Ms Ferguson and of their racketeering enterprises. We have uncovered through Ms Ferguson suffering even more evidence that these lawyers have fixed our legal system so that they can control the outcome of any case they wish civil or criminal.    LAWYERS STEAL MONEY AND REFUSE TO DEFEND THEIR CLIENTS We have discovered that if you have millions of dollars to hire well connected and skilled attorneys, you can get away with murder.
