America, A Nation At Risk!

    More than twenty-five years ago. I, like most Americans, believed in the American dream, our right to achieve our own Destiny & to develop our full potential. I then felt that we were living in a democratic republic and that most Americans believe in the principles of the founders of this nation. 

    I was soon to learn that we have in America an elitist group of Individuals who have established themselves as a self-appointed defacto class of nobility. They have been for years attempting to make themselves our overlords and to undermine all of our constitutional rights and liberties. 

    These traitors have attempted to place themselves above the law who, while giving lip service to the belief in the American dream. They in fact hold a system of beliefs that are as different as night and day from that of the founding fathers. 

    This group of well connected rich powerful, organizations, government bureaucrats, media and individuals have betrayed our nation. 

    They have embraced the same beliefs as did the King of England, and the leaders in Nazi Germany, Communist Russia and other totalitarian governments. 

    They believe that we the people are peasants, sheep to be shorn, our only purpose in life is to serve them, our betters! That the law is whatever they say the law is, changing at will to serve their interest. 

    The founding fathers rejected this Godless philosophy, by stating in the Declaration of Independence that our freedoms and rights are given to all as a birthright. They do not come from man or government but from our maker, (GOD) and can by no legal means be taken from us. 

    To Protect our rights from evil Individuals the founders establish America as a Nation of laws and not men. In our constitution they wrote as its first command, the demand for justice. They provide other guarantees designed to protect our freedoms from those who they knew would soon be attempting to take our liberty. 

    Some evil individuals realized that if they could obtain control of our legal system they could control government, businesses, and every aspect of our lives. They knew that they could use this power to destroy our liberty and get wealth at our expense. This was not possible as long as we had an independent legal system. 

    To accomplish this evil they conspired to destroy the independence of constitutionally required counselors at law. They then established state and national bar associations, creating a monopoly on the practice of law starting in the late 1930-1940. 

    They created a new class of Individuals called state bar licensed, attorneys at law, organs of the state. These lawyers were given special privileges denied the rest of the people. 

    Once this monopoly had been established, these lawyers put justice on sale to those with the money power and influence abandoning their legal and moral duty to provide justice for all. 

    In violation of the constitution's command for the separation of government into three independent branches. They conspired to infiltrate and control local, state and federal governments including the legislative, judicial, and executive branches, making them one. 

    These elitist individuals and organizations use their collective powers and control over the legal system, and government to make, pass, and enforce laws. Laws that violate the intent of the founding father's Political, Religious, Educational and Moral beliefs. 

    These elitist begin to use their power to undermine our individual freedoms our national liberty and our constitutions protection for a free people. 

    They use these powers to prey on weaker Individuals, organizations, and business attacking any victims they wish. 

    Their purpose is to steal their money, property, and business, or to destroy them, their families, children, friends, and anyone who dares oppose them. 

    These criminal acts are part of an effort by this ruling elitist group of individuals to enslave us and destroy our freedom. 

    Like most Americans when I first experienced the tyranny of these elitist and the government through the corruption of our legal system, I knew that it was evil. I could not believe that it was happening in America. 

    At first I felt that what I was seeing was an accident it soon became obvious that this was no mistake instead a well-designed plan, to intentionally destroy our nation and liberty. 

    The lawyers, serving the establishment, as feared by the early pioneers, have betrayed our trust turned our systems of justice into nothing more than a criminal enterprise. A system fixed for the rich and powerful, they have become a legal mafia. 

    This powerful group of individuals and their servants, make their money trading in the bodies and souls of their fellow human beings our families & children, ruthless cold blooded criminals in three piece suits demonstrating the worst fears of the founding fathers. 

    At one time I felt that only a few bad apples were corrupting our nation, government, and legal systems and that if I informed higher authorities they would purify our temples of justices (courts) restore the rule of law, and all constitutional protections. 

    However for more than 25 years I have documented this betrayal and informed authorities in local, state and federal government agencies, law enforcement, agencies, U.S. Attorneys, State attorney generals, District attorneys, the courts and legislatures, and provided them with evidence of this treason & criminal betrayal. 

    We also contacted local and national media, giving them indisputable evidence of this betrayal and criminal activities of this elite group of dangerous criminals. They all refused to take any action to correct this evil or expose it to the people. 
 
    I further sought help in correcting this evil from some of the most famous lawyers and the so called largest civil rights law firms, conservative, liberal, religious and secular. 

    These organizations which are raising millions of dollars from the public for alleged civil rights defense, refused to take any action to reform our system of justice. This is because they were making money in this corrupted system and did not want to change it. 

    It is apparent that we cannot trust our government agencies, courts or professional lawyers to protect our rights or liberty, as their first loyalty is to the rich and Powerful, the legal establishment and not we that people. 

    We, again, find ourselves just where our founding fathers did before they declared their independence from the English government's tyranny, which was expressed by George Washington when he warned! 

    "The time is now at hand which must probably determine whether Americans are to be free men or slaves! Whether they are to have any property, they call their own Whether their houses and farms, are to be pillaged and destroyed and themselves consigned to a state of wretchedness from which no human effort will deliver them." 

    It was the belief of the founders of this nation that any attempt to take our God given liberties under any pretext would be rebellion against God and High Treason against the we the people. 

    Therefore it is the mission of America's Freedom Foundation to restore to America, the founding principles of our nation, the rule of law, the constitutions as the law of our nation, purify our courts, protect our freedoms and demand that there is justice for all. 

    We are now in the process of preparing our new web site which will be at www.aff1.org  where we will be providing more facts evidence, and specific details of this betrayal. 

    At our new web site we will also be providing information on the actions that we will be taking to restore our freedoms, warning you of new threat to your liberty, and providing you with information on how you can protect yourself and loved ones from this malignant evil. 

    I ask that you join me in this fight to preserve our nation and our rights and freedoms for if we fail in our mission no human effort will deliver us and from slavery.
