America Betrayed By Its Lawyers

    This nation was founded by individuals fleeing from religious, political and economic persecution by the English government, the instrument of this tyranny, in most cases were lawyers. These lawyers serving the government the rich, and powerful were persecuting them, stealing their money, property, destroying their children & putting them in prisons. 

    The founding pioneers who had experienced first hand the evil that professional lawyer could create, who considered this profession a legal mafia and criminalized the practice of law for money. 

    The framers of our U.S. constitution including those lawyers who were independent counselors at law and not state-bar licensed attorneys did everything in their power to protect our liberty. 

    They attempted to bind the potential evil in human nature down with chains of law, creating a nation ruled by laws and not men. As brilliant as the founding fathers were, who knew that evil would attempt to destroy our liberty. 

    They did not foresee that there would arise in our land a highly organized, corrupt and ruthless groups of Individuals lead by lawyers who would, in their lust for money and power, attempt to overthrow our constitution and enslave America. 

    This profession has infiltrated every branch of government, and is using our government's power to enslave us & to advance their own interest and that of their rich and powerful clients who they serve. 

    This corruption of our legal systems places everyone in America at risk, individual lives are being destroyed, children taken out of mothers' arms, innocent people being framed and railroaded into prisons murdered, peoples property stolen, pets seized, businesses destroyed by bureaucrats and lawyers working for the rich and powerful. 

    The shocking fact is that our system of justice has been totally corrupted. These lawyers acting as Judge, Prosecutor, government or private lawyer have fixed our system of justice so that they can control the outcome of almost any case they wish. This has created a legal system that is as corrupted as that of any third world country and more dangerous because of its deception and is undermined the very foundation of our nation. 

    The greatest single threat to our liberty is the fixing of our criminal justice system where the government attorneys can frame and convict almost anyone they want. This is possible because government lawyers and most so called defense attorneys and lawyers acting as judges have contempt for the constitution and feel that a  person has received the constitutionality commanded effective assistance of counsel. 

    When their lawyer makes only a sham defense, conducts no investigation, prepares  no defense, calls no witness, is drunk, sleeps during the trial, and conspires with prosecutors or opposing lawyers to sell out their client. They further agree that by paying lawyers large sums of money makes it ok for the rich and powerful to get away with murder. 

    When in those rare occasions a lawyer or judge takes their constitutional duty seriously and begins to protect the rights of the poor average Individuals exposes  government or judicial corruption. 

    They are threatened by the legal establishment with damage to their careers, disbarment even imprisonment. Therefore it is only the brave few who dare perform their constitutional and moral duty, their record shows who they are. 

    The legal establishment can deny this betrayal until Hell freezes over as we have in our files, and court records over the Twenty five years of documented evidence of this betrayal. 

    The unconstitutional monopoly of lawyers and their corrupting of our legal systems is a clear and present danger to the lives' liberty, property and children of all in America. 

    This corruption of our legal system has not been uncovered or exposed by government agencies, or professional lawyers. It has been exposed by private citizens, who when illegally attacked by the government and betrayed by their lawyers. 

    When they begin defending themselves, acting as their own lawyers. It is they who forced the legal establishment betrayal out of the closet in the open and on the record. 

    If we are to save America our freedom and everything, we hold dear we the people must act now. We must take back the control of our government and legal system from these lawyers, who are the Benedict Arnolds and Judases of America. 

    This can only be accomplished by breaking up the monopoly of state bar licensed lawyers, to practice law, the American bar association monopoly over the accreditation of law schools, and the banning of any lawyers being appointed as a judge.

    Their response was to further the cover up and the conspiracy of silence, the reason was obvious, they obtained their power, and money in this corrupted system. 

    We then realized that no government agency lawyers or lawyer controlled originations could be trusted to protect our rights. That if our freedoms were going to be preserved we must, as did the founding fathers, protect our liberty. 

    America's Freedom Foundation is the only organization now qualified to lead this fight for our liberty. This is because of our years fighting this evil system we know where it's weaknesses are, how to win this fight, and we cannot be bought and not be intimidated!
