Dear President Bush

The founders of America establish three blanches of our government. To prevent one or more branches from obtaining too much power and overthrowing the government of the people. Thereby establishing a government ruled by tyranny.

Unknown to most Americans but indisputably proven by ourselves. Is the fact that the government through the legal establishment has so corrupted our legal system. That they can fix the outcome of any case they want civil or criminal. With the exception being for those who have money, fame, or connections.

Which is on its face a clear and present danger to the liberty of our entire nation, and it now appears that this corruption is so ingrained in our nation that it is going to take and act of God, to purify our legal system, restore the rule of law in America and to protect our liberty.

We have the indisputable facts of this massive corruption of our legal system, and those are engaging or covering up for this betrayal of America can lie until hell freezes. It will do no good for the evidence can be found in almost most any court state of federal if you know where to look.

As the controlling doctrine of Americas legal establishment is no money no justice! We have documented the indisputable evidence of this fact from small claims court up to and including the Justices of the U..S. Supreme court where the rule of law has been destroyed for those who lack, money, connections of fame to protect their lives, liberty and property from those dangerous predators, who have highjacked our legal systems for their own evil gain, which they have in large part hidden from the America people

However now we now have one case that shows this corruption completely. Which proves that while everyone is applauding the virtue of our legal system that was established by our founding fathers. It is not any longer the rule of law established by them.

Now just like the story of the emperor new clothes while almost everyone proclaims the beauty and quality of our legal system it is in fact, naked, ugly and without virtue rotten at its core. Were the rule of law has been supplanted with the rule of any lie that they think will work!

The founding pioneers of America feared this type of corruption and outlawed the practice of law for money. The framers did not trust human nature to be just, which history show to be well founded. They also knew that absolute power corrupts absolutely. Therefore they sought to tie down this evil with chains of law.

What they did not expect was the destruction of the authority of sovereign American citizens trained in law to protect our rights. Who had as their first loyalty that of their clients. That has been corrupted and transformed into that of Godless government system of state bar licensed lawyers.

Who have became organs of the state and like the ministers of Satan who transform themselves into angels of light who proclaim themselves as defends of freedom and protector’s of our liberty. While in fact they have become servants of darkness hand maidens to tyranny, while betraying the America people. Who have given their first loyally, to the legal establishment, state and federal government agencies, and all those with money and power not to the America people or the rule of law.

Which has the effect of depriving most all defendants of their right to assistance of loyal counsel. As the same hand that giveth the bar license can also taketh it away from any lawyer that refuses to do the will of the legal establishment. Therefore whatever the government wants it gets when attacking, defenseless people in a fixed system without any meaningful protections for them. Which in fact is resulting in the violent overthrow of our constitutional protection.

While this fact is hidden though a conspiracy of silence by the players in the legal establishment case. We however uncovered a text book case involving the violation of the most basic of the rights of all Americas. In the case those of Mr. Alberto Noriega by the entire legal system including Federal Judges, U.S. Attorneys, and so-called defense attorneys that proves this fact beyond any doubt.

This case is special because it proves that executive and judicial branches of government have been caught conspiring one with another and with State License lawyers to coverup their evil deeds and to fix the outcome of criminal cases and thereby establishing a defacto police state in America.

They have held Mr. Alberto Noriega for fourteen months while wilfully depriving him of all his rights. Which includes but are not limited to (1) Denying him bail (2) His lawyers are refuse to make any defense (3) The government is withholding discovery evidence that proves his innocence (4) He has been denied his right to a speedy trial. (5) While the trial judge obstructs his access to the court.(6) He is denied an impartial judge (7) He is being deprived of due process and equal protection of law, and all other rights which have been reduced to a nullity!

Mr. Alberto Noriega as the result of his fight for our freedom has developed the indisputable proof of this evil and treachery, which is a clear and present danger to the lives liberty of all in America. He is requesting

that you conduct a full investigation into this betrayal of public trust and appoint a special prosecutor to bring to justice. All those caught in betraying their trust and to purify the waters in our (courts) temples of justice.

Further (1) That you assist in having bills passed that would outlaw the practice of law for money. (2) Or one that would for bid the requirement that a licence is required from the government to practice law. (3) Mandatory impeachment for any judge who fixes or attempts to fix the out come of any case! Any other such laws that may be deemed necessary to restore justice in America. (4) That there is mandatory prosecution for any government employ who conspires to undermine our liberty or obstruct the peoples access to justice.

I am also requesting that you order your attorney general to come to the aid of Mr. Alberto Noriega, have him set free from those U.S. government agents who have him held hostage to the truth, the rule of law and everything America stands for.

The disadvantaged, poor, down trodden, homeless and defenseless are our clients. As the result of these services for more than 30 years, we have amassed indisputable proof of the massive corruption of our legal system.

It is our intention to see that justice for all is restored in our country and courts. To give you early warning of the threats to your, lives, liberty and property. As well as provide you with the information that you need to protect yourself and your loved ones.

From these dangerous super predators, legal terrorists, who are lurking everywhere seeking whom they can attack next including you no matter how safe you feel you maybe. We need your urgent help.

For the enemies of freedom are many, well-funded and supported by powerful interest groups, who hate freedom and liberty. Our support must come from you. These are very dangerous well funded predators, who are forging changes of slavery for this entire nation.

They are using our courts, legal systems, government agencies. To destroy our most basic fundamental freedoms, create a climate of fear and destroy whoever they can, as well as the foundations of our nation.

The founding fathers warned us that the agents of Satan do not at first appear looking like the evil one. No they transform themselves into Angeles of light. Claiming we are hear to help, protect and serve you. While giving lip service to the law they are plotting your destruction. Will you or your loved ones be their next victim.
