I was raised from childhood in Virginia and trained in the principles of the founding father and felt that their views were the controlling laws in America. Until one day I woke up to the shocking fact that America had been betrayed. That there has been an on going conspiracy for a long time to enslave all in America.

This was primarily designed to be accomplished by the fixing of the outcome of civil and criminal case in our courts by Americas legal establishment. A fact and custom of which we have thirty years of indisputable proof!

We however have a current text book case of the corruption of our courts and legal systems. In the case of Mr. Alberto Noriega a 72-year-old legal immigrant senior citizen. Whom the government in order to get yet another false conviction. Has made him the victim of this corruption and betrayal with all of his rights being reduced to a sham and a nullity

Where we have caught Federal Judges, U.S. Attorneys and so called Defense attorneys conspiring one with another to fix the outcome of federal criminal cases. They have as their custom attempted to cover this up through a conspiracy of silence.

This is the reason why there are so many Americans in prisons today because they are railroaded, and have no real defenders. Of which Mr. Noriega is just one of the most outrageous examples. These evil doers have been caught red handed in their overthrow of all his civil and constitutional rights and by extension those of all in America.

In this text book case they have held Mr. Noriega in Federal Prison in San Diego California for almost14 Months. Where he has been wilfully being deprived of all his rights. Which include but are not limited to (1) Denying him bail (2) His lawyers refuse to make any defense (3) The government withholds discovery that proves his innocence (4) He is denied his right to a speedy trial. (5) While the trial judge obstructs his access to the court.

(6) He is denied an impartial judge (7) He has been deprived of due process and equal protection of law, and all of his other rights which have been reduced to a nullity! Where we feel that the Federal Judge in this case Judge Jeffery Miller is obstructing justice and his access to the court. In which we believe to be the furtherance of the conspiracy to coverup, the fixing of cases in federal court and this one now!

Judge Miller acts Include having the clerks of the court sending back Mr. Noriega’s pro se defense

motions after ordering them not to be filed. Briefs that he filed from prison, in a desperate attempt to defend himself. After his lawyers have wilfully refused to file even one motion in his defense. While ordering other pro se briefs that were filed, removed from the courts files for the purpose of sanitizing the record.

This to prevent him from even defending himself. Or from having a record for the public, the appellate courts or congress to review. They thereby seek to commit the perfect crime by obtaining a false conviction and to cover it up. The facts in this case, at our website and in our files will give you all the information you need for congress to start an investigation and make new laws that will protect our liberty.

Such as requiring the government to produce immediately all information (discovery) that they in their files various files on any specific case, or make it mandatory that their case be dismissed if they fail or refuse to do so. That Judges be forbidden from restricting a defendant from raising any and all the defenses they choice, as well as having any witnesses they feel will help their cause.

That criminal defendants are provided with a personal copy of all the possible defenses as described in the various pleading and practice digests that lawyers and procurators use. Also that they are given unobstructed access to a law library, so they can help in their defense. This will further protect their rights and make it much harder, for bar licenced lawyers and government prosecutors to trick them into giving up their rights.

A requirement for the mandatory impeachment of any judge who is caught attempting to fix the outcome of any case or obstructs anyone’s access to the court. Or fails who to make sure that the constitutional commands for justice are served.

That judges and procurators are striped of their immunity under which they hide and commit all manner of illegal, treasonous and criminal acts. Knowing that they can get away with almost any kind of illegal act and be protected by other members of the legal establishment.

These lawyers, Judges, other members of the government and legal establishment can lie until hell freezes over or until the universe dissolves. Which is their well-established custom. However it will do them no good as their evil deeds and betrayal of their trust has been preserved and an iron clad case prepared. With the facts protected in this case and in court files all across America.

However we need your urgent help to stop this mockery of justice, before something happens to Mr. Alberto Noriega and there will then be no remedy for him left under law. As the courts have proven that they can no longer be trusted as guards of our liberty.
